Update Your Experience

Once you've accessed your booking, you may be able to:

  • Review your experience details
  • Change your date (subject to availability and fare conditions)
  • Add additional guests
  • Submit a cancellation request (subject to our cancellation policy)
  • Request a refund (if eligible under your booking terms)

All changes are subject to availability and the conditions of your selected experience. After submitting an update request, you'll receive confirmation by email once it has been processed.

Any remaining fare difference must be settled before we can confirm the booking change.

Booked Through a Third-Party Platform?

If you made your booking through a third-party provider, any amendments, cancellations or refund requests must be managed directly with them. Each platform has its own terms and conditions, which we are unable to amend.
